Kevin Hall is the publisher of Georges Media Group, Louisiana’s largest locally owned media company. With more than 25 years of experience in the media industry, Kevin has built a career marked by strong leadership in sales, marketing, and audience development. Before joining Georges Media, he held senior leadership positions at major media companies including Gannett and the USA Today Network, where he served as a regional vice president of sales. His work has consistently focused on helping media organizations grow through a combination of data-driven strategy, digital innovation, and local market engagement.
Kevin was named publisher of Georges Media in October 2024, succeeding Judi Terzotis, who transitioned to CEO. Prior to that, he served as the company’s president, overseeing key operational areas such as sales, marketing, and production. As publisher, he leads all aspects of the organization’s business and journalistic efforts, with a focus on strengthening the company’s audience-first strategy and growing its revenue streams between print, digital, and local initiatives. His leadership comes at a time of ongoing expansion for Georges Media, which now publishes The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate, Nola.com, The Advocate in Baton Rouge, The Acadiana Advocate in Lafayette, The Shreveport–Bossier City Advocate, Gambit Weekly, and Arthur Hardy’s Mardi Gras Guide. Under his guidance, Georges Media continues to expand its newsroom footprint and strengthen its role as a trusted local voice for readers across the state.
Kevin is married to Beth, a middle school teacher, and has two grown sons, Austin and Nathan. His son Austin lives with his family in North Carolina. His youngest son, Nathan, is an insurance agent in Lafayette. Kevin enjoys running, travel, and the great food of Louisiana.
